About Your First Appointment
You will be sent an email with a link to fill out your pre treatment forms online. Please complete these before your first appointment. During your first treatment we will spend approximately 1 hr 20 min together. This time includes a detailed interview to understand your unique presentation, development of a treatment plan, and a full acupuncture treatment. Please wear comfortable and loose fitting clothing.
Insurance Information
Unfortunately, most Indiana insurance plans do not have acupuncture coverage, so I do not submit insurance claims for my clients. If you have a national insurance plan through your company you may have acupuncture benefits. If you do I am happy to provide you with a Super Bill so you can be reimbursed by your insurance company.
